Tom Graybill founded Landmark Investigations in 2017, after working 15 years in the Special Investigative Unit (SIU) for a major insurance company. He was involved in detecting and pursuing action against fraudulent activities on the part of insureds and claimants. He is a well rounded investigator and is also a Registered Process Server, a Certified Professional Investigator, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Graybill has thousands of surveillance hours and has completed thousands of investigations. He brings a wealth of knowledge of investigation methodology, and is trusted by some of America’s largest businesses to help them with their investigation needs.

He is currently the Director of the Orange County District of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (C.A.L.I.), and is well-respected within the investigative services industry. He is also a public speaker and recently presented, “The Science of Surveillance” to a large group of experienced investigators.

Mr. Graybill is the current Orange County District Director for the California Association of Licensed Investigators (C.A.L.I.).  Mr. Graybill enjoys donating his time to this great organization and participating in a leadership capacity.

Certified Fraud Examiner: Association Examiners (A.C.F.E.)

Mr. Graybill is a Certified Fraud Exmainer (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (A.C.F.E.).  Mr. Graybill works with companies and government agencies to identify and eliminate fraud.

Certified Forensic Accountants

We are experienced and knowledgeable forensic accountants.  We specialize in financial investigations, asset checks, and financial analysis. We provide data analytics and expert testimony in civil disputes.

Pepperdine University Finance MBA

Mr. Graybill earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University in 2006.  He is an expert in financial investigations as a result of his extensive business knowledge and experience.

Certified Professional Investigators

Mr. Graybill is a Certified Professional Investigator (CPI) through the California Association of Licensed Investigators (C.A.L.I.).

Registered Process Servers

We specialize in locating and serving individuals that are intentionally evading service.  We use information from a wide variety of sources to locate and serve individuals that are difficult to find.
