Aliso Viejo, CA – Tom Graybill, founder and C.E.O. of the distinguished private investigation agency, Landmark Investigations, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (C.A.L.I.). Mr. Graybill will proudly represent all 160+ members throughout the Orange District, which is the largest of 14 districts comprising the prestigious C.A.L.I. organization. As part of the Board, he will take on a variety of leadership roles including shaping industry policy, working on government legislature to increase efficiencies and protect privileges, enacting new policies within the organization to benefit the overall membership, and acting as liaison between Orange District membership and the Board of Directors.
“I am very grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors of C.A.L.I.” said Mr. Graybill. “I have grown to know all 160+ members of the Orange District on a personal basis throughout my years of service to this great organization so this is truly an honor.”
Before being elected to the Board, Mr. Graybill served as the Orange County Governor for approximately four years (2019-2022). In that capacity, he had several responsibilities which helped prepare him for his new role on the Board, including coordinating in-person meetings, organizing elections, and overseeing special events. Notably, Mr. Graybill hosted well-received educational meetings with keynote speaker dignitaries, such as the Chief of the Newport Beach Police Department and the Orange County Coroner.
“Given my prior leadership roles within C.A.L.I. and my several years of experience as a private investigator I know what is important to our membership, and the private investigation community at large,” continued Mr. Graybill. “As the representative of Orange District members, I will focus all my energy on ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed at the Board level.”
The California Association of Licensed Investigators is the largest private investigator association in the world, boasting more than 1,100 members across California. The association was founded in 1967 with the mission to protect and enhance the private investigation industry. Mr. Graybill looks to carry on this mission as he provides strong leadership for the C.A.L.I. organization and its members.
